Performance represents tradition and modernity
The Roppongi Academy Hills was used as the venue for the main meeting and the welcome party on the first day, while The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo served the farewell dinner on the last day of the conference. The international guests were excited by the performances that represented tradition and modernity, such as the theatrical combat of Ninja and Tengu (long-nose Goblin), and classical Japanese dance, produced by projection mapping by DMO Roppongi.
Support from novelty gifts to guidebook
We were involved in the process of designing goods, providing a range of ideas and support. The Congress bag made a Roppongi map motif, created from our range of ideas, and showcased our strength. We also prepared over 10 packages of Tokyo tours along with “ DMO’s Guide To Roppongi” which helped the guests enjoy tours during their stay in Japan.
Not only the host, but also many guests commented that they were pleased with the productive conference and fully enjoyed their stay in Tokyo and Roppongi.
